Mother & Daughter Day 17 May 2026

This one day retreat is a beautiful opportunity for mothers and daughters to step away from the busyness of everyday life and share a day of connection, laughter and spiritual exploration together.

Throughout the day, you will be gently guided through fun and meaningful activities, designed to open intuition, strenthen bonds and spark creativity.

 There will be:

* An opening circle, with heart centring meditation and intention setting, creating a safe and sacred space to connect.

* Henna blessings - explore the art of henna tattoos with symbolic designs that represent protection, love and intuition, adorning each other with meaningful patters.

* Angel card readings - discover messages of guidance and encouragement through angel cards, learning how to tune into intuitive insights with trust and playfulness.

* Dream exploration - share and reflect on dreams, uncovering wisdom and hidden meanings, while learning simple techniques to remember and work with them.

* Guided meditations - Enjoy a relaxing journey within, designed to to awaken inner wisdom and deepen spiritual connection between mother and daughter. 

* Creative expression - using art and mindfulness activities to explore intuition and express the day's discoveries. 

* Closing circle - ending  the retreat with gratitide, sharing reflections and sealing the bond with a mother-daughter blessing.

This day retreat offers a nurturing and light-hearted experience, blending play, creativity and spirituality, leaving mothers and daughters with cherished memories, deeper understanding of one another and tools to continue their journey of intuition and connection at home.

Times:  9.30 arrival   16.30 depart

Participants:   Suitable for ages 10 and upwards
