The day combines grounding meditations, mindful awareness and practical techniques to help you reconnect with your body, regulate emotions and shift your relationship to past trauma. Rather than being defined by what has happened to you, you will discover how to utilise your experiences as a catalyst for resilience, compassion and growth.
During the retreat you will:
* recognise personal triggers and patterns with clarity and self compassion.
* learn the language that your body speaks
* learn techniques to manage physical responses such as tension, breath and stress reactions.
* explore safe ways to release fear and anger held in the body and mind.
* reframe past trauma as a pathway towards empowerment and healing
* cultivate practices that support emotional balance and inner peace.
By the end of the day, you will leave with a sense of release, greater self-awareness and tools you can continue to use in everyday life to support healing and transformation.
