Deep Rest Spiritual 5 Day Retreat 12-15 September 2026

This exclusive, 5 day, all inclusive, deep rest retreat, in Spain will bring you the opportunity for deep relaxation, reflection and healing for a small bespoke group.  This retreat is designed to help you disconnect from stress, rejuvenate at your core level and find inner calm which will carry you through the year ahead.    

The mountain garden setting will offer you connection with the earth and nature, whilst the experienced facilitators will guide you through a replenishing, gentle schedule of self discovery and spiritual development.   

Our three facilitator's are highly qualified and have extensive experience in supporting healing, psychological and emotional growth alongside spiritual deepening for all stages and ages.  

The knowledge and skills of the facilitators, enable them to offer you a gentle balance of extended meditations, chakra & meridian cleansing practices, gentle walks, journaling, wellness talks, experiential spiritual exercises, crystal & energy healing sessions, group, 1-1 and self reflection sessions.   Our venue has rooms with en-suite facilities, a swimming pool, gardens, mountain views, and yet still only 25 minutes from the beach.   

We have been advised that this venue has limited accessible rooms and fully accessible ground floor space.  

The 5 day retreat cost includes accommodation, all inclusive food and refreshments, all teachings and handouts.
