This exclusive, 5 day, all inclusive, deep rest retreat, in Spain will bring you the opportunity for deep relaxation, reflection and healing for a small bespoke group.  

This retreat is designed to help you disconnect from stress, rejuvenate at your core level and find inner calm which will carry you through the year ahead.    

The 2026 retreat is designed especially for those who want to deepen their meditation and spiritual development.

The mountain garden setting will offer you connection with the earth and nature, whilst the experienced facilitators will guide you through a replenishing, gentle schedule of self discovery and spiritual development.   

The facilitator's are highly qualified and have extensive experience in supporting healing, psychological and emotional growth alongside spiritual deepening for all stages and ages.  

Our knowledge and skills, enable us to offer you a gentle balance of extended meditations, chakra & meridian cleansing practices, gentle walks, journaling, wellness talks, development spiritual exercises, crystal & energy healing sessions, group, 1-1 and self reflection sessions.   

Our venue has rooms with en-suite facilities, a swimming pool, gardens with mountain views.   

This venue has a number of accessible rooms and accessible ground floor space.  

The 5 day retreat cost includes:  Accommodation, all inclusive food and refreshments, all teachings and handouts, and transfer to and from Girona airport.
