
This workshop gently explores the deeper layers of our lived experience, recognising that what we carry is not always ours alone. Through a compassionate and spiritual lens, we will journey into the roots of trauma held within our bodies, minds, and souls - whether born from our own life experiences, inherited through our ancestral lineage, or carried across lifetimes. Together we will explore:

This retreat offers a safe and supportive space to explore how past experiences, regardless of origin, can become as source of strength and self understanding.
Through discussions, guided practices and reflective exercises, you will learn to recognise their triggers, manage physical responses and gently release the fear and anger that may be still carried within, as well as discovering ways to release the trauma memory from your life enabling you to move forward freely.
The day combines grounding meditations, psychological insight, techniques to notice responses and support to recognise triggers and strategies to gently release the fear, anger or other unhelpful feelings and thoughts, that may still be carried within.

Rather than being defined by what has happened to you in this life or past lives, you will discover how to utilise your experiences as a catalyst for resilience, compassion and growth.
During the retreat you will:
* recognise personal triggers and patterns with clarity and self compassion.
* learn the language that your body speaks.
* safely journey to discover links with past lives or ancestors events bleeding through to this life.
* learn techniques to manage physical responses such as tension, breath and stress reactions.
* explore safe ways to release fear and anger held in the body and mind.
* reframe past trauma as a pathway towards empowerment and healing.
* cultivate practices that support emotional balance and inner peace.
By the end of the day, you will leave with a sense of release, greater self-awareness and tools you can continue to use in everyday life to support healing and transformation.
