In this one day workshop you will gently explore how trauma from this and past lives can become emboided through tension, sensations, pattern and emotional responses.
You will discover how compassionate awarness can help us listen understand and heal.
Through a blend of guided reflection, gentle discussion & discovery, experiencial exercises and mindfulness practices, you will be supported to understand how the body, mind and spirit stores unresolved trauma and how to navigate the impact in this life. We will look at what makes you 'you', reviewing your values, strengths, passions and the experiences that have shaped you.
Rather than seeking a single “answer,” the workshop helps you listen more deeply to yourself and recognise the themes, longings and directions that already exist within your life as well as a delve into the potential of past life karma and how this may draw through into this life.
The day is experiential and inclusive, drawing on therapeutic insight, reflective practice and creative exploration. You do not need to be spiritual, artistic or “certain” about anything — just open to curiosity and self-discovery.
Time is built in for quiet reflection as well as shared learning in a safe, respectful group environment. By the end of the workshop, participants often leave with:
* An understanding of the brain and the *ANS functions of the body
* Insight into how trauma translates into physical manifestation of illness / discomfort in the body
* Knowledge of how past lives, karma, fate and destiny impacts on a person
* Tools to support the ANS regulate and move away from high intensity emotional states
* Insight into how past experiences inform future direction
* Practical ways to align daily life with a sense of purpose
* A renewed sense of confidence, direction and self-trust
This workshop is ideal for anyone who has experienced trauma, is navigating change, wants to understand the relationship between the mind and body, is seeking deeper fulfilment, or wanting to live more intentionally and authentically.
